Number 10. Hawaii 

On Hawaii we prefer Maui, even if most islands have something to offer. On Maui you find the beautiful beaches without the crowds on Oahu. Calm and family friendly beaches on the south side and surfing on the North shore. With great scenery of mountains and nature you get the tropical feeling your soul needs. Expensive, yes, but also memories for life.

Number 9. Seychelles 

This dreamy place in the Indian Ocean is home to 115 islands with seemingly endless beaches. Postcard views, desktop background with swaying palms, rock formations outside the east coast of Africa. Here you will encounter colorful birds, big tortoises in translucent lagoons perfect for snorkeling. If you´re dreaming of crowd-free beaches where the dream becomes reality - look no further.

Number 8. Greece 

Famous all over the world for its beautiful beaches, this European country gives you something special. Each beach offers something different and gives you memories for life, with crystal blue water, sand or stone beaches. Some beaches like Navagio beach or Porto Katsiki give you a WOW experience, but overall you can't go wrong in Greece.

Next we're heading over the Atlantic to Mexico, filled with breathtaking shores. If you want to be close to luxury resorts and just walk outside the door, then Cancun is for you. A little bit more remote you find Isla Holbox and Isla Mujeres with stunning beaches. Or choose the pacific side of the country for equally wonderful sandy shores.

In Thailand you'll find next level beaches wherever you visit. Some of them are definitely crowded with people and luxury resorts, but if you stay at smaller undeveloped islands and even parts of the popular ones, you can find paradise itself. Find your inner peace under the palm trees and temperate clear water.

This wonderful beach destination is made out of approximately 1,200 islands and is a real tropical paradise. Each beach is more beautiful than the next with white sand, clear blue water and wonderful sunsets. The Maldives is popular among honeymooners in spectacular resorts with diving and snorkeling close by. The downside is It's rather expensive and can be hard to get to.

Number 4. Tahiti 

The largest of French Polynesian's islands offer jungels, stunning resorts and beautiful beaches. The more popular beaches may be crowded, but with crystal blue water and sparkling sand, you'll settle in well. The most famous beach is called La Plage de Maui or check out Papenoo Beach for great surfing and more breathing room.

Number 3. Mauritius 

This scenic African island, which sits east of Madagascar, offers some spectacular beaches. Visitors say the west coast has the best ones with gorgeous sunsets as well. The North side has more amenities and other parts of the island have more remote beach experiences. Here you can pretty much find your own beach paradise wherever you go.

Number 2. Fiji 

The silver medal goes to the tropical paradise Fiji, featured in the movie Cast Away and multiple seasons of tv show Survivor. With 333 islands of endless stretching beaches of clear sand. Perfect spot for paradise seekers and snorkeling fanatics. In Fiji you'll be as far from reality as possible drinking tropical drinks over a thousand miles from the mainland.
